Executive Jet Management is an award-winning aircraft management and private jet charter service. An established procedure, known as the “Onboarding Process,” is used to transition new clients, their aircraft, and crews to management. The “Onboarding Process” spans multiple departments and must be followed to ensure the regulatory and service elements of the business. As the organization grew, several process challenges occurred. This business case will describe how implementing Microsoft PPM created an operationally efficient environment through cross-functional teamwork.
