Our process includes a comprehensive data migration strategy. We map your existing Project Online data (projects, tasks, resources, etc.) to the new Power Platform structures within Dataverse. We work with you to define the scope of historical data to be migrated.
Absolutely. A key part of our process is Solution Mapping, where we analyze your existing workflows and reports. We then leverage Power Automate to rebuild and often improve your workflows, and Power BI to create more powerful and interactive reports connected directly to your new project data in Dataverse.
Licensing depends on the chosen solution. Planner is included in most Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Project Accelerate and Dynamics 365 Project Operations have their own licensing requirements, often involving Power Apps, Project, and/or Dynamics 365 licenses.
